Sean is a pharmacist and active member of Waikanae Surf Life Saving Club. He has coached and played many sports over the years, currently enjoying mountain biking, cycling, weights, walking and golf. Sean was a driving force behind the popular Kaiti Hill Challenge.
He has served on the Mangapapa School Board of Trustees and is currently on the Chelsea Hospital Board.
Tina has iwi affiliations to Ngati Porou, Ngai Tuhoe and Te Aitanga a Mahaki. She is self-employed and contracted to deliver the Māori Governance and Leadership Diploma for Te Wananga o Aotearoa.
She has held numerous governance roles and is currently Chair of Kimihia He Oranga (Tairawhiti Maori Economic Ropu), and a member of the Governance Group for the Regional Economic Development Plan, Tairawhiti Cultural Development Trust, Lottery Bay of Plenty/Gisborne Community Committee and Chelsea Hospital, and is a former Trustee for the Gisborne Theatre War Memorial Trust, and past director for SPARC and Netball NZ.
Tony is a local IT technician and an active member of the Poverty Bay hockey community. He has coached hockey at all levels over the years. He has served on the Poverty Bay Hockey Board and Awapuni School Board of Trustees. He also has an interest in Te Hauora O Turanganui a Kiwa.
He is married and has a teenage daughter and son.
