ANNUAL GRANT POLICY REVIEW
The Gambling Act 2003, Section 109, requires all corporate societies that conduct Class 4 (Gaming Machine) Gambling to complete an annual review of their criteria, methods, systems and policies used for consideration of applications for the distribution of net proceeds.
Changes were made as follows:
- Under special circumstances expenditure outside New Zealand will be considered.
- Funding of CEO and general manager salaries may be considered.
A notification that included our annual grant policy review was published in the Sunday Star-Times on the 27 April 2008.
This public notice of NZCT's annual review of grant policies is in accordance with Section 110 (4) (c) of the Gambling Act 2003.
