Exclusion orders

Health Promotion Agency pack

NZCT uses the Health Promotion Agency's (HPA) Choice Not Chance resources to guide our venue staff in how to recognise the signs of harmful gambling and act on them to support problem gamblers to get help.

Venue procedures template

NZCT provides a template for recording all procedures for a venue's gaming operations. This should be completed either electronically or by hand and stored in a sensible place, such as in the harm min manual, where it is accessible to all staff.
