GETTING AN APPLICATION

Before filling in an application form read through our grant application guidelines to make sure you fulfill all of NZCT's funding criteria.

HOW TO GET A FORM

It's easy to get an application form, and we've made it user-friendly for you to complete.

1. Apply online using our online application form. Click here to apply now.

2. Download, print, complete and send a copy of our application form to:
   PO Box 10857, Wellington.

3. Visit one of our gaming venues and ask for an application form. Go to Gaming Venues to find the one nearest you.

4. Contact NZCT directly on freephone 0800 44 69 28, or email application@nzct.org.nz .

5. Write to us at PO Box 10857, Wellington.

AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR FORM

When it is received a NZCT grants officer will check your application to see that it is complete and that all receipts for any previous grants have been returned. If it is not completed, further information is required or if receipts from previous funding are still outstanding, you will be notified.

If your application comes from one of the 5 areas around the country in which we've established Regional Advisory Committees(RAC), the local RAC will study your application and give advice to the Net Proceeds Committee.

NZCT's Net Proceeds Committee will decide whether to approve or decline completed applications. You will be advised of the outcome by email or by post.

Provided you have supplied all the information requested on the grant application form and returned all receipts for previous NZCT funding, we should have a response to you within 6 to 8 weeks.

Any approved grant will be direct credited to your organisation's bank account.
