How to make a complaint

Complaints about the grants process or a particular application must be made in writing. These should be addressed to the Chief Executive, NZCT, PO Box 10857, The Terrace, Wellington 6143. 

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five working days and respond to your complaint within 10 working days. NZCT 's chief executive is not involved in the grants decision-making process.
