Neil is a New Plymouth Boys High School rugby prodigy and former All Black. He has served on the Board of the New Zealand TAB, is the current President of the Taranaki Rugby Union and a New Plymouth City Councillor. Neil is also a dedicated rugby supporter, father of four and grandfather of eight grandchildren.
