Rae is a qualified lawyer who has worked in a variety of assurance and compliance roles during her career. Before joining NZCT she spent four years as the New Zealand Law Society's chief operations officer. She also previously held the position of director of regulatory services for the same organisation. She has been involved in successfully managing change in a regulatory environment. Her strengths lie in law, management and communication. As part of NZCT's management team, Rae works closely with the CEO and our customers ensuring our organisation meets all statutory and legal obligations.
