Louise has a diverse background within both Human Resources practice and the Arts. Within the HR arena, she has worked in a variety of specialist recruitment and general HR consultancy positions including senior management teams, CEO search recruitment and the IT sector. Her HR consultancy specialised in industrial relations, performance management and change management. She has a BA in English/ Art History and a Post Graduate qualification in Art History from Victoria University.
