I have had the pleasure of being associated with NZCT as a reliable and supportive gaming partner to work with for my businesses. From the time they took me under their wings in September 2019 till now, they have nurtured, supported, developed and assisted me and my business. Excellent support
I have been the owner of The Right Track Sports Café for 21 years during this time our Gaming Trust has always been NZCT. We have had constant excellent support from everyone in the Trust with regular visits to our site, taking interest in our business and its successful operation. NZCT have provided the most up-to-date Gaming Machines along with the most advanced technology, e.g. facial recognition. Our staff have been supported when dealing with Harm Minimisation and machines issues. They are always a phone call away and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend NZCT to anyone who is looking for a Trust to be part of their business to grow their success.
Approachable, friendly and forward thinking
NZCT have been my provider for gaming since 2015. During this time, they have diligently worked with me to ensure continued and numerous improvements in the gaming area. These improvements have facilitated a quantum shift in profitability and allowed us to further enhance other aspects of our business. As a company, I’ve always found NZCT to be approachable, friendly and, most importantly, forward thinking. I genuinely believe that my business partnership with NZCT has yielded results that I wouldn’t have achieved had I used a different gaming providers.
Investment for performance
As a Venue Owner, I have been extremely happy with my relationship with New Zealand Community Trust. NZCT has invested heavily in the site and this has been confirmed by the site's performance improvement. Any issues at the site are dealt with immediately and I take comfort in the fact that the gaming proceeds are distributed back to our local community. Finally, the staff at NZCT are very personable and it is a pleasure dealing with them. I would highly recommend that you choose New Zealand Community Trust as the Gaming Machine Society that you partner with at your venue. I am sure that, like me, you will not be disappointed.
