Alan Isaac
Chairperson
Alan Isaac serves a variety of New Zealand commercial, sporting and not for profit businesses in a governance capacity, in addition to past roles with Crown entities. With a strong background in risk minimisation and assurance, Alan is a former national chairman of KPMG and past president of the International Cricket Council.
Alan is a director of Isaac Advisory Services Ltd, AKA Investments Ltd, Murray Capital General Partner Ltd, NZ Vault Ltd, New Zealand Vault depository Ltd, Oceania Healthcare (NZ) Ltd, Rakaia Fund Investments Ltd, Scales Corporation Limited, SCL Limited, Skellerup Holdings and Selacs Insurance Ltd. He is also the Vice-President of the Institute of Directors.
He is on the Board of Wellington Free Ambulance, is a member of the Onslow Historical Society, Martinborough Golf Club and the Royal Wellington Golf Club. He is also president of the Johnsonville Cricket Club, and a life member of NZ Cricket and Cricket Wellington. Alan also consults to McGrath Nicol & Partners and Auckland Blues Rugby.
He is Chair of the Basin Reserve Trust, a Trustee of Wellington cricket Trust, and has interests in Alex Moore Park Sport and Community Inc. and Miramar Golf Club.
Alan was made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit (CNZM) in 2013.
David Pilkington
Trustee, Net Proceeds Committee Chairperson
David has extensive international management experience in the dairy industry as a Group Managing Director of NZ Milk Ltd; Group Managing Director - Global Operations, General Manager Milk Powder Division for the Dairy Board and Chief Executive of Milk Products Holdings (North America).
David is currently chairman of Heller Limited, Port of Tauranga and Rangatira Limited and subsidiaries (incl Heller Tasty). He is chair of Douglas Pharmaceuticals, and a director of Excelsa Associates Ltd, Northport and Primeport Timaru.
David is a shareholder in Taupo Motorsport Park and Ruapehu Alpine Lifts Ltd. He is also a member of the College of Queen Margaret College, Royal Wellington Golf Club, Wairakei Tui Golf Club and The Wellington Club Inc.
He has an interest in New Zealand Rugby Union and is a Wellington Branch Committee Member of the Institute of Directors.
Kerry Prendergast
Trustee, Audit and Risk Committee Chairperson
Kerry Prendergast was the mayor of Wellington for three terms until 2010 and before that she served as deputy mayor between 1995 and 2001. In addition to her career in local government, Kerry has a professional background in the health sector as a registered nurse and midwife for 30 years.
She is chairperson of the Environmental Protection Authority, the New Zealand Tourism Board and the New Zealand Film Commission.
Kerry is a director of Wellington Free Ambulance and NZ China Council, and a board member of Wellington Phoenix Football Club and Oceania Healthcare. She is a member of the NZ US Council Advisory Board, the New Zealand Conservation Authority, the Rotary Club of Wellington, the Advisory Council on the Employment of Women and the Holocaust Centre of New Zealand.
She is also patron of Wellington High Performance Aquatics and Mary Potter Hospice, and is an ambassador for Alzheimer's New Zealand.
Kerry is a trustee of Compass Health, the National Army Museum and the Victoria University of Wellington Foundation. She has an interest in the Boulcott's Farm Heritage Golf Club and is a shareholder of IKE GPS.
She is a LIfe Member of the Royal NZ Plunket Trust.
In 2011 Kerry was made a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary and a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the Queen's Birthday Honours.
Peter Dale
Trustee
Peter is former chief executive of the Hillary Commission and New Zealand Golf, and he spent 10 years (from 2004 to 2014) as chair of the NZCT Board.
Peter is currently the director of Peter Dale Management Services and a consultant to Sport New Zealand, Wellington Cricket and Capital Football.
He is Chair of the Wellington Regional Recreational Sport Strategy Group. In addition, Peter is a member of the QEII National Trust, and he has an interest in the NZ Rugby Union, NZ Rugby League and Waikanae Boating Club.
In the 2014 New Year's Honours, Peter was made a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to sport.
Lesley Murdoch
Trustee
Lesley is a broadcaster and veteran sports commentator, and has previously represented New Zealand in hockey and cricket.
She is a director of Netball NZ, the coach of Marist Hockey and a past chair of NZCT's Canterbury Regional Advisory Committee. Lesley also has interests in Riccarton Cricket Club Inc and Christchurch Football Club. In addition, she is Women's Cricket Zone Manager for Christchurch Metro Cricket and a member of ONE Cricket.
